Click & Collect

Yes, we offer our customers the option of collecting goods from their local Area Office Warehouse. It's a free service . The Click and Collect process is simple & easy: Take your time Shop online .Then collect from one of our warehouses.

Simply choose click & collect when you complete your purchase.

Your nominated warehouse will check your order and email you when your order is ready to collect.

A product that is available to collect after 1 working day  of purchase. If there is a delay in getting the product due to the item being transferred from another location i.e. warehouse (up to 10 working days depending on the location), our friendly staff will advise you.

Please note: you must supply your own transport for any Click & Collect purchase. Area Office is unable to supply rope, strapping or protective coverings for transporting of Click &Collect purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery options are subject to availability, your geographical location and the products ordered being in stock. Due to too large volumes during our sale period and global container delays, orders may take slightly longer than usual for delivery.

Types Of Delivery Services

Area Office utilise a number of Transport Companies dependent on the destination. Deliveries into Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, ACT and Perth Metropolitan areas are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 2- 10 working days for stocked items.

Deliveries outside the metropolitan areas of Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, ACT, in each state are sent via an appointed transport contractor. Estimated delivery time is 5 -15 working days depending on your location.

If you require your delivery to be taken beyond the ground floor you will require our Premium Shipping service starting from $299. Normal freight charges deliver the item to a loading dock or kerbside, so be sure to ask us if you require delivery beyond those points. As many items we stock are quite large, you should be aware that we will require lift access to transport larger items.
